We're in Dakar, Senegal for a Leadership Matters Course. The next two weeks (including the weekend) will be spent mostly in sessions or getting ready for them. They told us last night that it is very interactive.
So challenging how we lead in a very hands-on way, that's a recipe for getting stretched if I ever heard one. Post-fifty, one tends to get comfortable with how one thinks and acts. So I figure God is going to use this to help us get back in touch with his "ever-new" approach to reality.
